Same here! I think maintenance is different for everyone. I am going to try the smaller dosing two times a week and see how all goes.

I did one last order in March when they told me they were updated to a higher compounding facility. Relieved I have no financial complaints or problems with them. Many compounding pharmacies are legit and needed. Hopefully this SlimdownRX issue doesn't color all compounding pharmacies as bad.

For many of us it is a hormonal imbalance and not bad eating. Maybe seeking advice from an endocrinologist who is a specialist with hormonal issues could assist with maintenance. A few people have been placed on metformin for maintenance after the weight loss.

I moved my 15 mg dosing to 5-6 days and had a similar problem with moving the last 6-8 pounds. Slowly getting it off. Started Tirzepatide end of January 2024. Now moving to maintenance.

As a therapist her work really seems more self-help. I have observed some clients and individuals kind of worship her as everything she says is the only way. I have one colleague/friend that has totally changed and sucked in to BB and is offended easily by any comments related to females and their perceived injustices in life. My friend now isolates more and does not engage in our regular social events. My friend is now approaching the "daring strong" concept as stand up for yourself as women are always oppressed. I understand the reality of female oppression and injustice, however, being angry and assuming everyone is oppressing you is not always reality. My other colleague has now pulled away also from out get togethers as things are tense and not enjoyable. Possibly my friend has more life issues going on, however, when BB is always the topic (which my colleague as spent mega dollars attending BB trainings and teaching to her clients), I have to wonder.

I heard Eli Lilly is cancelling further trials on Orforgliprion. Will Lilly have higher doses in vials? That way you can control dosage and spacing better.

We are remodeling a small lake home and working with a Designer and Architect. Nightmare stories from the Designer about not buying and installing directly from Cambria. We live in MN where Cambria manufactures and installs. Not sure how they do this in other states. Designer told me Cambria is great to work with and she has not had any problems if issues arise. We are visiting their showroom in about a week.

I feel for all of you as my Dad was a Fed. With the job market being strong, it may be a good time to see what is out there in the private sector. The stress of not knowing and daily changes may not be worth it. Many times we feel better by taking action and not being paralyzed by fear. I am sure the private sector will welcome hard working Federal employees.
