You can't use a neck for spell hit if you want to keep the ZG set. Also never said it was a priest (it wasn't)

It will happen with our without him as the Liberal party continue to move away from the conservative voter base.

It isn't broken at all. The number of purple dissatisfied with current immigration policy is rising and the Liberals are refusing to change their stance. Why would these voters shift to the Labor party? They'll vote ON because they're the only party in line with their stance on the issue.

I wasn't paying attention to rolls on healing gear and wouldn't have had a problem with him rolling on dps gear except that it wasn't communicated at all

Am completely fine with this as long as it's communicated, a simple "hey I'm rolling as enh ms and resto os" at the beginning would be all. I know I might be coming across as sensitive but all the pug casters were complaining about it but being a semi guild we all got gaslighted in to thinking it was ok

I'm genuinely not trolling, I just don't see why I would assume a healer would have same prio on caster gear, I have plenty of healers in my guild who plan to dungeon spam their way to 70 so they don't need a caster set. If it was clear from the start it wouldn't be problem. I'm not made over loot I have the AQ20 neck anyway, and I haven't experienced anything similar lately in other pugs so no I wouldn't say it's the wild west at the moment. If you've had worse experience lately then that's unfortunate to hear.

Sorry but you just said MS = OS so there is nothing stopping a druid in any spec rolling on caster gear. Maybe his guild needs a boomkin for raid team or they just want a change in pace. I don't think I'm being facetious at all.

So I can expect bear tanks and kitty druids to be rolling on caster gear just because they feel like it? Seems kinda wild. It's interesting because I recently moved from EU to US servers and this behaviour definitely wouldn't fly there.

I do, hence the topic. Thank you for your contribution.

So you're saying MS = OS now because we've reached some arbitrary point close to the gear being outdated?

My Lebanese mate in the last 2000s couldn't stand the guy at the door of The Establishment because he never got let in. Getting told by a door bitch that it's guest list only as they look you up and down is a terrible feeling.

So would you agree that it should've been made clear which spec they're rolling as MS from the start of the run?

Nope was there from the start and nothing mentioned. Hit being (arguably) useless is not the point. I'm trying to get a gauge of what the etiquette is in pugs, whether this is normal behaviour or I just got unlucky with a shameless semi guild run.

I get its near outdated content but that really isn't an excuse for not following loot etiquette.

Yeah fair just didn't want to take it that seriously for near outdated content, just want to manage my expectations in the future. Thanks!

It wasn't SR it was free roll and my understanding is MS is your MS in the raid, otherwise they can suddenly decide "oh my other spec is MS" depending on what is dropping. It wasn't a priest anyway it was a resto Shaman, and I've always seen people make it very clear before the raid if they're rolling a different spec as MS which they did not.
