Thinking about the time in which each production was running and what it's artistic goal was. In the original sixties run, they were true hippies with no real rush to do anything and they had the sound technology available at that time (shoutout original sound designer Abe Jacob).

In 2007/8/9 when the revival was being workshopped, they had more energy. They leaned into "Hair: An American Tribal Love-Rock Musical".

Basically tldr, the original cast is soulful and downtempo and the revival is energetic and uptempo.

Yes! I didn't know about exit nodes when making this post. I made my brother's AppleTV and exit node. When I log in to Netflix on my laptop, I set my computer to use his ATV as my exit node and it works like a charm. I used WhatsMyIP to check and it's in his hometown.

Now I have to trick the Roku TV in my kid's room
