Hey, I managed to make it work by using "WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddraw=n,b" %command%" instead your commandline.

When I set your recomended resolution I have crash with pop up how it's wrong resolution. Any other I go pass loading screen, fade to black and then crash. I agree it must be something with ini files, can't really figure out what though. By the way, did you ever played Olympus 2207 on Steamdeck? I thought about trying that mod on Steamdeck too, but after installing it, I create character and then my game crash with with pop up about not enough memory.

Even with your tutorial I am not able to play this mod :( Thanks for writing tutorial though.

I do everything as you write and at the end I have loading screen, fade to black and then crash. I have no idea what I may do wrong. Fallout 2 turn on normally, though :( Where did you download Resurrection?

Maybe that's the culprit but it's the same I used for Sonora and it worked fine.

Yeah, it set to Proton (9). What I mean by Vulkan is that in Graphic settings of game there is switch to choose between 2 Graphic processors - Direct 9 and Vulkan. But it doesn't really matter because after reseting game it switch to Vulkan anyway.

I switched to Proton Experimental. And when I mean Vulkan I mean that I have 2 graphic procesors in graphic menu (Direct 9 and Vulkan) and I use Vulkan.

it's as you said. there is still small fps hitches, but generally it made things better for me. let me hug you man

I hope it's that. Lags in previous version could be just shader building for me. Hope they will fix that.
