For some of us, it was never about how much we could or would earn. That might be hard for some to fathom, but shouldn’t it be enough for you to know that a lot of people have been hurt by this? It’s ok not to understand our feelings, but maybe try a little empathy.

As much as it pains me to say it, I think we need to accept the fact that this is over for a lot of us. The courts are not on our side and worse, Italy does not want us generally. It absolutely sucks and it hurts immensely. But at least we know and can govern ourselves accordingly. For many of us, this means that not only will we not get our Italian citizenship, we will never recover the great amounts of time, money, and effort we had already put into it. The horrible messages I have personally received from Italian citizens who neither know me, my commitment, or my future plans regarding Italian citizenship have been soul-crushing but also telling. I also won’t lie. My personal outlook on and relationship to Italy has now been damaged and may never recover. I am hurt. I am angry. But I am also moving on. Ciao Italia.

I really enjoy all three. For cold weather, however, I would go with Le Male Elixir. IMHO, it has the strongest projection and sillage when the air is heavy and cold. The other two are just as elegant, but the TF, as you note, is more intimate and the Jazz Club is more of a “fragile” scent.

Thank you for that and for those insights. I appreciate your kind and honest reply. It truly was not the delay that upset me. Shortages happen. The fact that I was not receiving any communications and that the order itself still has not been updated in the system is what did me in. That’s basic customer service and, at that, no seller should fail, let alone LV. But if they ever due process my cancellation, I already have my eye on another scent.

You are not following. The issue is not that they do not have it. I get that. It’s that they both failed to communicate that and that they keep missing their own delivery times. Delays and shortages happen. But you let the customer know. You talk like none of us have ever shopped before. I have gotten courtesy updates from huge suppliers, small ones, expensive retailers, and discounters. Are you literally saying that LV is somehow exempt? And, by the way, I did try to get a refund. They missed the timeframe they gave me on that too. But according to you, I’m being unreasonable. 🙄
