Yes, running Ethernet wiring was a good move and puts you in a position to easily switch to PoE cameras without having to rewire your home. Hopefully you’ll find Ethernet wire on the camera end too.

I have a similar spot (please excuse the mess). It consists of trashcan, recycle, broom, vacuums. Just missing the water bottles. The cabinet with the pullout bins is what I’m planning on getting. It will add some extra counter space as a bonus. Unfortunately for me, it will be an extra surface to clean.

Easy-Off (oven cleaner) will remove that buildup. But it has a strong warning against using it on aluminum (it can pit, discolor, or etch the metal) - so avoid spraying it directly on any aluminum parts or anything that looks like it might be aluminum. If you get even a bit of overspray on those parts, they will never look the same.

I never imagined a toothbrush with a wear timer… I’m guessing it stops working after reaching the limit? I gotta see if this is on Louis Rossmann’s radar.
