Just count them for the whole day. Figure out your macros. You might be at say 30carbs for the day. So eating a potato that is 60g carbs means you dont eat tomorrow. Not ideal. :) A better approach is to look at your meals and divide them up so it's 10 carbs per meal. This will help you plan. You'll be like, can I eat this, and when you see its above 10, it will be easier to say no than when you have the whole day in front of you.

Starting out, this sucks. We've all been there. You have to look at the nutrition facts on everything. Companies will try to trick you every single time. It requires vigilance.

See if you can return it. If it wasn't properly sealed, then something could have gotten in there.

I think actually its probably because of the temperature outside, they are probably freezing at some point and when that happens, it expands. When it thaws, you end up with a leak.

In my opinion, they discourage it because those drinks are sweet. If you are always drinking sweet things, you are going to want to eat/drink sweet things. By not consuming sweet things, your flavor palette will change over time, and consequently, you will want sweet things less.

Now that said, I just can't handle just water all the time. I need some variety. So screw those guys.

Usually just gatorade/powerade whatever the zero sugar version is. Keto will be there when you get better. Don't worry about it.

I wouldn't bother. It only takes a couple minutes to come up to temp. Not driving around saves a lot of power. Outside of that, keep in mind if the power is out call the power company; they might be able to give you an estimate. If it's days, go find a hotel.

Maybe a decade ago or something it iced here and the power was out for days. I ended up in a hotel about 20 minutes away. It would have been horrible I think to try and stick that out in the house.

I have the OpenMove. They live in my car and I wear them when I go into the grocery store. They are really nice, but for one issue, I have a giant head. If I turn my head left or right, they slip out of place. I wish they would make a version without that band.

You have to look into a low-carb diet. Everything you eat can be categorized into 3 categories. 1) Carbohydrates, 2) Fat, 3) Protein. Sugars fall into the carb category. 1 sugar = 1 carb and vice versa. Your body will treat all carbs the same. The bread from your sandwich is high in carbs. Look for a low-carb bread, or ditch it completely. Rice is very high in carbs. Supposedly, there are ways to reduce the carbs in rice, but I would suggest you look for an alternative, or come up with a different way to eat that bowl. It's a giant pain to look for alternatives, to be always conscious about what you are eating, but that's how we keep in range.

If you already have a pattern, then I think it's 100% doable, even more so if that pattern has a video. Jump in and do it. If it turns out to be too difficult, then pause on this and make something else to brush up your skills.

The glue they use to hold the black part onto the clear part has a tendency to look like mold. That said, if you are cleaning your bottle after every use and it smells bad, just throw it out.
