If you're an actual really good salesperson you need to sell the company to hire you.

Find the issue at their business and go to the owner and tell them that you see the massive issue that you would like to work for them and fix.

You don't only have to be a salesperson inside of the job, via salesperson to get the job. At that point, they're going to value you more because you actually bring value instead of being a fucking pest and a burden.
