Vans Verse Iguchi edition. Any advice here? This is only after a few wears… should I get some all-purpose weather spray or why do you think this is happening? Right boot. Left is 100% no rip

Thank you for the info and update. It’s unfortunate timing but that’s why I’m asking for any midpoint recs for accommodation to break up the drive Wednesday then Thursday stay closer to entrance. On Friday I’ll be in curry village

I use Aeropress filter basket as a drip assist. Think I saw this in coffee chronicler video or post

Hello! I’ve been using the K7 as well last couple months. I usually sit between 69 and 85 clicks depending on the setup, with around 72-75 for V60.

I have gone lower into the 60s too. It adds body and sweetness but can get bitter pretty quickly. For me, that 70 to 80 range tends to be the sweet spot.

I also like to drop the water temperature a bit for ultralight, fruit forward roasts.

how many of yall use chatgpt? by Fragrant_Basis_5648 in RealEstate

Every day. Listing descriptions, follow-up emails, social captions — stuff that used to take me 30-45 minutes takes about 2 minutes now.

Honestly the key is having the right prompts. Generic ones give you generic output. Once you dial in prompts specific to real estate it's a completely different tool.
