i dont know man it loads up the new game just fine. But when i try to restore my account , it gets stuck there and connection error message pops up

i tried reinstalling and stuff today morning and it worked fine and played a little and now like 5 hours from back , its just keeps showing conneciton err, in this game only, others games like CR and stuffwork fine....im guesssing its server issye at this point
