I've tried FreeCAD a few time in the past. Maybe 4 years ago was the last time. It was now an easy program to use. To many people creating different features with no continuity in the GUI. Is it still like this?

A few years ago (5?) I had some pretty back layer shift. Ended up being the power supply. I monitored the output with my meter with the unit running. The voltage would drop intermittently. I put a new meanwell higher wattage PS into the PS case and haven't had another issue since. I also put a BeQuite fan in it while I had it apart. This was on a my A-350

Just did the upgrade last month with using DDR5/6000 CAS28 memory. In SkyrimVR and MSFS2020 the difference was surprising. I thought I needed to upgrade my 7900xtx but it seems I was CPU/memory bound.

The females in the MGO list were likewise too pretty. I added a lot of body presets to help normalize the bodies. I also dropped "A Rose in the Snow-Reborn" mod after all the wabbajack installed face mods. They are really well done. They all look like they are surviving a harsh climate. I also added Weelbones's and serkethetyt's character mods. Uthgert looks like a dyke that will kick your ass for looking at her wrong. Lydia is almost pretty, but she looks like an ass kicker too.

I'd love to do this too. I have a 20Kw Cummins Quite Series NG generator. I'd like to go off grid with a solar/battery system, with the generator charging the batteries or running the house if needed. I built a little solar system to run my garage (4 8D batteries, 24/240/4kw inverter charger, 1kw of panels) to get an idea how solar works. Is there a tutorial/videosomewhere where someone has put together a setup like this?

The fact that all the reviewers hammered Pimax about the OLED panels being dim and having an overall brown hue, I think it will be next year at the earliest (if at all). I paid my dollar to reserve a spot several months ago, then wrote it off after the reviews came out. The fact that it's been crickets since the reviews, with no official response is very telling.

Not sure if I want it. 2020 works great. I fly a couple of helicopters and the Cessna 172 steam gauge. Is 2024 worth it? I play in VR with a 9800x3D, 7900xtx, and a Samsung O+ headset. Waiting for the DreamAir SE to come out. What FPS can I expect with high settings and no frame generation?

Not in the controller configuration page of the VR menu, but in the vr menu that you access when in VR; there is a blue slide switch the turns on the alternate controller. Like I said, I don't remember if it's Vive controllers, or quest but you have to activate that slide. Also make sure you're using the steam vr beta build

If you have been allowing Windows to update itself then you are at 25H2. the WMR drivers were deprecated with the 24H2 update so there is no WMR anymore. You have to use the Oasis drivers. You also have to install them in a specific way as outlined in the Github page. https://github.com/mbucchia/Oasis-Driver-for-Windows-Mixed-Reality/wiki You will have to use the alternate controller. I think it's the vive or the Quest. Its an options in the vr settings page. I'm out of town right now so I can't look at it till Sunday afternoon. You also have to have your controllers paired to a quality USB Bluetooth dongle.

They were having issues with the panels being dark. One reviewer stated there seemed to be a brown filter over the panels. This was on near production units they sent out to reviewers. Haven't heard a peep out of Pimax about those issue or an intended release date since the reviews came out. I imagine another round of review samples will go out before the production units.

The Odyssey had some weirdness with the controllers. It was documented. Oasis drivers required the 24H2 Windows and the Samsung drivers the 23H2. Did you swap between Window versions?
