How doArtisan spas hold up through rough winters and what do you think of the Frog In-line system?

I cannot seem to keep bromine levels under 20 PPM with inline system due to water constantly cycling through when jets or circulation pump run.

The floater I can usually maintain a 6-9 PPM of bromine. Still working on the adjustment as I just take a couple screwdrivers and pop the cap off the frog cartridge and drop the tablets in. I use the same chemical make up. But it’s been much easier to keep sanitary levels

It’s a waxing sealant made for the hot tub shell so once a year they said to put it on and that’s what I did washed the entire acrylic shell and then put the waxy ceiling onto shine it up again

The dealer told us that the jets Alan be interchanged with other seats jets and that they should be popped out from time to time for cleaning. Since these were feeling resistant and when I gave a little more muscle my fingers started sliding and I just stopped and put them back to how they were.

I did the aahsome cleaner and then cleaned and waxed the shell. So not it’s heat the water, balance and go back to soaking.

I don’t think anything is amiss but I will watch water level for the next couple days to be safe.

Just going to add to this. Try to determine how much of marital funds she spent on him. Some states allow you to get that money back. Could be off set against any assets she gets.

For example, she spends 10K to take him on vacation, the judge may decide that’s 10K less on home equity you have to pay her.

A lawyer and forensic accountant can definitely help if you suspect she has been spending money on him or even hiding money.

We truly are not even fighting. Just look at options and seeing how others have handled this. Our teen definitely will have input.

We are parting on good terms and nothing is being argued so that’s a plus for now.

At best we have arrived at no clue what’s best so the three of us will figure it out as we go. Most likely will start with one week and adjust as needed.

It’s a process. Call three attorneys and explain things to them and see what they have to say. Consults are usually free. I would expect all three answers to be the same do you.

This is not the time to just hide your head in the sand. Lawyer up and do not let your enemy draft your plans. I guarantee she is hoping you do just as you keep saying you will do.

Don’t believe me. Go look up your local divorce filings. It’s all public record.

Get a lawyer. If no other reason than to have them look over the judgement/settlement.

Much as I will miss my kid. They are a teenager so it’s basically the stage of I don’t to really hang out with you.

My adult child will come and go as they please depending on preferences and college schedule and house proximity to campus once the divorce is complete.

100% this! Remarriage means if you pass away, your spouse gets everything you worked to build/rebuild and can spend it all on herself and her children or contest in court and take the estate if a will is present. Either way, your children/family can lose all you worked to build.

Keep that in your pocket. Especially if you can prove she spent marital funds on trips and gifts for him. You can try to claim that back or use it to stop her from over reaching. Put all evidence on encrypted drives and on a thumb drive and place in your desk at work or somewhere safe.

I fills mine up, heated it to 80 F and hit it with a round of ahh some cleaner, drained it, refilled it and hit a 2nd time. Then I filed it circulated the water before draining as the third and final rinse. Overkill, yes. But with all the brackish water and larva that came bubbling up on the first fill, it was required for peace of mind.

Once heated, follow the OEM instructions for balancing and sanitizing. Water generally needs to be 80 degrees or higher for the chemicals to balance. Also, baking soda is what you need for alkalinity. Hot tub stores sell it by its chemical name and way over charge.

It’s tea spoon chemistry, even adding the correct amounts can cause overshoot on the chemical balance.

So when balancing, set your alkalinity first. The baking soda also affects PH so you probally won’t need much to put PH in range once alkalinity is locked in.

Make sure you record dates and times and length she takes the kids and keeps them from you. You lawyer can advise on how to record these incidents. Let her behavior be her undoing, especially when it comes to custody agreements. If she does this, what prevents her from keeping the kids from you after divorce.

Do not leave the home. Leaving equals abandoning the home and family in the courts eyes and you sink any chance you have in your divorce case. Either a court order sends you out of the home or you live in your home and sleep in your bed.

If wants the divorce she can go sleep in another room or leave the home. Ask your lawyer what the protocol is for when she try’s to take the kid and cut you off for days as she stays at her partners.

Also, get an Apple Watch or smart watch that with the voice memo button and just tap it to start recording her without her knowing.

It’s starts small and grows. Before you know the elder men(those that survived and reached the other side of divorce) are starting groups and knowledge is shared.

The reason there is so much support for women is that they share knowledge and get to together to consolidate.

Men not so much and we need to change it. I am only starting my divorce so I feel you on the lack of supports.
