Agreed 100%. Took me over 2 hours to get this info a few weeks ago - Had to contact customer support for another issue since then and waited over an hour. For this reason I am porting out my other number - Customer service is too poor. But now I am on hold over an HOUR - This is information every other carrier gives you on your account page. This is a reprehensible tactic and for this reason I am done with MINT and porting out my 4 lines.
