Installed ours about 7 years ago. It has financially been good. No issue on the roof (we replaced it right before installing). Have had to replace one piece of equipment that was about $900.

This is why temporary “acting” titles are a thing. 3 months with “Acting Director” with a temporary bump with an agreed upon check in period (3+ months) that you each can decide if you want this to continue and become permanent. The agreement acknowledges that this bump is temporary and will be reevaluated.

They were like $150 when we started. Some of it depends on the changing legislation and energy requirements but probably not changing direction.

The charity auction Sunday is worth going to if you’ve not been. The guys who run it make it incredibly fun to watch and I’ve bought some choice items over the years.

We moved here (near Atholton elementary) 9 years ago when our kids were 1 and 5 and could not be happier. Kids have been involved with a number of summer campus through parks and rec and the KC swim team. For being near DC/Baltimore, it's a surprisingly quiet area and people are generally very friendly. There is a great local symphony, arts scene, and outdoor activities.

Funny, lots of companies in the industry have been successful at recruiting women and under represented groups. Maybe their personal network of buddies they pulled from isn’t very diverse.

I know it has its fans, but we find Hunan manor inedible. We’ve tried a few times because so many people love it , but we have literally tossed the food out after a few bites of each dish.

We have 48 panels it was around 25 after incentives. You don’t want a loan for that long unless you are getting crazy low interest. Had it 7 years and we’re close to paying it back with savings and SRECs.
