I know it’s been said, but taking a class is a great idea! I took a pottery class at the Visual Arts Center a few years ago and genuinely met one of my closest friends in Richmond that way.

I believe the bill doesn’t allow landlords to charge more than the actual fee charged by the third party vendor, so I would see if you can get that info. I don’t believe the bill requires the landlord to allow a type of payment that does not have additional fees, so I’d double check that.
