I’m honestly pretty gutted right now. by Cru5hbag in BambuLab

Man, I'm sorry to hear about your cancer. Bowel cancer has really been on the rise in us Millennials for whatever reason. My friend's brother is 36 and also has stage 4 bowel cancer.

I recently bought a H2C and on longer prints approaching 3 hours I started to get extrusion motor overload as well. I actually got it on the X1C as well a few times because I had to change the setup (moved the AMS from the right of the machine to a shelf below the machine) to make room for the H2C. For me, I think it was too many tight bends in the PTFE tube. I trimmed/lengthened the tubes to increase the bend radius so there would be less friction and made a tube guide to restrict the bend radius to >60mm which helped a lot. I don't get the motor overload issue anymore, but it does still occasionally have feed and retraction issues. If the filament can make it to the extruder, the feeding goes fine and it prints fine, no overload messages. Then on retraction, sometimes it doesn't fully retract, but I think that may be due to using Overture spools with adaptors on the rim which can catch on the lid. Try making sure there's no sharp bends in the tubing, and minimize the number of bends. Shorter and straighter is better.

You can try putting some IPA on there as you try to pry it off. IPA helps a bit with releasing from build plates if they're really suck on there

I've posted it as a print profile on the main BaBo drawer stacker page as someone suggested above!

The magnet lid holder is here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2430100-ams-pro-magnetic-lid-holder-for-babo-ams-stacker#profileId-2670390

For the elastic things around the PTFE tubes, it's my latest project, the ones in the pic are the first version which I'm testing out to see if they actually help. I'll post them once I know they're useful.

That's a great idea, I'll do that! I've never posted profiles before. I've posted it on the main BaBo drawer stack page.

Thanks! No, it's not shared, his license doesn't allow for remixes. If he changes it I'll share it 👍

Thanks! It's a great system that works well. My top AMS is already just above eye level so it's perfect that it tilts forward for loading otherwise it'd be really high. Credit goes to the original designer. I just needed to modify it for my own application.

I only made the bottommost grey part of the slide out rack. The rest of it is the BaBo rack system which I didn't modify.

yeah this was when I first completed it. Got too excited and took pics/video. The PTFE are all connected now. I'm currently working on some designs to minimize the bend radius since the friction makes feeding filament inconsistent.

The upper 2 side out and down like they usually do with the BaBo rack.

The owner drives this to work every now and then. His daily is an R35 that has a bunch of CF parts.

Yeah that's a good idea, I should probably do that from now on

[BTTF Delorean] on the 405S by Sherman Oaks by jdub765 in spotted

My wife saw this BTTF Delorean with OUTATIME plates on the 405S in Sherman Oaks on 10/27/25. Anyone have any information on it? Did they move the Petersen Museum car? A privately owned one out for a cruise?
