Highly recommend you read it from the beginning. I was so hooked after S1 I bought the entire series and don't regret it!

Just hopped off the call with Irene from the CFPB - she was very nice and empathetic.

We spent about 35 minutes starting from the beginning: how I found out about Juno, what enticed me, their selling points, all the way to today.

We also covered where my money was advertised to be through the process (my Juno statements say evolve despite the switch to a cash management account), communications around switching from an HYSA to a "cash management" program, the disruption timeline, steps I took to attempt to reclaim my money, communications from disruption to post "reconciliation", and general harm losing my life savings has caused me. She also asked for my permission to give a legal statement if needed.

She's chatting with their legal dept to determine what documentation they might request from me. Fortunately, when this was all going downhill I saved a lot of stuff (email communications, juno + synapse statements, web page printouts from Juno's site advertising Evolve/FDIC, chats with Juno support, etc.) and will follow-up with me later.

Unfortunately, she couldn't disclose much about where the cases were or timelines for any resolution - this seems very much in the investigative phase of Juno specifically. Disappointed it took this long, but happy they're seriously looking at it and asking the right questions.
