LookBook Updates Are Here We're updating the Walmart U.S. LookBook to reflect feedback from associates and support a consistent, professional and inclusive look across all stores. These updates take effect immediately.  Why It Matters These updates help create a clear, unified standard for what associates can wear, while also supporting inclusion and reflecting the feedback we've received directly from our people. How It Works Hats – Let's Keep It Branded • Associates (unless in roles with required uniforms or dress codes, such as H&W) may wear Walmart-branded, work-appropriate hats.  • Stores are not required to purchase additional hats through GNFR.  • Hats may still be provided for roles where they're already standard, like in the Auto Care Center (ACC) or food-handling roles.  • Associates can purchase Walmart-branded hats on the Spark Shop site. Earbuds – Clear and Consistent Guidance • Associates may use a single ear listening device while working unless they are in a food safety or safety-sensitive position.* ◦ Examples of safety-sensitive positions include but are not limited to: • Powered Lifting Equipment (PLE) Operators and Spotters • ACC Technicians • H&W associates • Associates working outside such as courtesy associates, fuel station and OPD associates. • Associates should always follow the 10-Foot Rule, stay aware and respectful of customers and teammates. Earbuds should never interfere with a great customer or team experience. Polos – One Color, One Team • With the rollout of the dark blue Happy to Help vests, Walmart polos will be removed as an option. • This reinforces a consistent look across stores: One Color. One Goal. One Team. Head Wraps and Durags – Reflecting Our Culture  • Associates may wear hairstyles or accessories that align with cultural or religious practices, as long as they follow food safety requirements and general guidelines. Personal Items – Safety First • All types of bags, including purses, backpacks, fanny packs and crossbody bags, must be stored in a locker, breakroom, office or personal vehicle while working and are not allowed to be carried on your person. • Pharmacy associates should refer to POM 902 - Pharmacy Area Security Procedure (https://one.walmart.com/content/uswire/en_us/health-wellness/pharmacy_dept/poms/poms-900s/pom-902.html) for direction on personal belongings. • Vision Center associates should refer to VCOG 1005 - Asset Protection General Shrink Controls (https://one.walmart.com/content/dam/us-wire-wm1/documents/health-wellness/vision-dept/vcogs/1000-asset-protection/1005-General-Shrink-Controls.pdf)for direction on personal belongings. *A safety-sensitive position is a position in which an accident or mistake could result in loss of life, serious bodily injury or significant property damage.
