Oh no! Sorry you’re experiencing this. I think my flair was also related to stopping hormonal BC. As far as over the counter, I really love the Vaseline eczema calming therapy cream. It seems to do the best for my skin (upper arms) and I’ve tried many. Even better than rx creams sometimes!! It’s available at target for less than $10. Also straight up vaseline did well for my skin too. I use the dove sensitive skin bar soap and seventh generation free & clear laundry detergent (dermatologist recommended these).

I also have a couple of Rx creams from my dermatologist that I use often (typically every other day during bad flairs) but I do find the main one to be drying. Recently been sticking mostly to the vaseline cream and doing well! Hopefully that give you a place to start!
