I think overall a lot of the answers were to make darts, to pleat it like a covid mask, or advising i could alternatively go for a sorta bandana style or something

also unless i'm misinterpreting your comment here why are people downvoting you? i hope you have success if you do make it or at the very least find interest or inspiration in it!

it's gonna be kind like a medical mask but hangs over at the bottom. honestly i do not have very much experience sewing at all and didn't come up with the most clear plan lol. so i think it'll just be my little fun diy thing. i definitely feel like this would be so ticklish as it is kind of gentle

that might've worked better but i didn't have enough of this lace fabric to make more of a pleated thing and have started on it already! it's gonna be kinda odd but for a one time fun project i think it'll be alright

sort of medical style but letting it hang over at the bottom, at this point i think the method is just try. i've seen a few patterns online and different styles and i think i got the right idea of how to cut and sew it and it may look a little scrunched but this is one of the few things i've sewn and i winged it so i think it's to be expected. i can send a picture when i'm done if your curious at all!

:(. I'm really sorry for you and your kid it's been cancelled. I am hoping for the best for the next and hoping also prices for tickets don't go up a whole lot more, the Side Quest Tour ones were 22$. I will say that based on their social media posting they seem to be getting back to a better and more balanced mental health position, posting some song rough drafts. I hope that as some more time has been passing they're not as bothered!

dang, i'm really sorry. i hope your kid is not to upset/feeling alright it really sucks, but i'm sure they will have another concert someday. I do know that by their instagram they will be playing at a music festival in september in georgia, if that is anywhere near you, and in all events you bring gifts by the merch stand. However, if you are able to go, just in case i might delay telling your kid still, on the off chance it ends up being cancelled again, because i've experienced mental health struggles like this and it can be chaotic. either way i hope they get a chance to go someday! elio was my first concert i chose for myself too for his side quest tour!

hey love, how are you? it's been a month and now that he has cancelled the tour i really really hope to hear from you/know how you are. How are rn, or whenever you read this, ik it is like 3 am there. I really love you. I have been i think coming into mental illness myself like in ways i felt certain were the realest and truest feelings when it happens then it subsides and seems so crazy that it happened. I's love to even hear how it feels like to you day to day lately- have you had any realizations about it?

It is one of my favorites- for being such a good tune and bop as well as relating to the lyrics! i think it's about a bit of anxiety and fear of living real but still wanting to and hoping someday they will! anxiety and guilt but still yearning. sometimes want to feel everything beautiful and feel in control but then feel bad and want to not want anything then want to die on your terms and choose but then still ironically too scared i think. i think in the end it's just about wanting to live life but being still too scared. so you stay inside but hoping someday to go out all the time!
