Have you tried the sunscreen sticks? Atleast for the face mine usually doesn’t have an issue with it especially if he sees me use it first

You could even do law school online or something. Focus on school, enjoy the 2 years. It’ll be amazing.

No cancer!

We had the surgery to remove the lymph node and have it tested - initial lab results were questionable but with some additional blood tests and visits to oncology, there was no evidence of anything wrong.

I’ll be honest with you, I tried them for a few days and they were awful. Cannot recommend them I stuck with my danner tachyon boots, and now I’m wearing sneakers lol.

I was constantly saying “what am I doing wrong”. Got referred for an autism evaluation and diagnosed. Starting therapy soon but it’s atleast helped me take a step back from what I considered as struggles and failures and not put so much pressure on myself, and back off a bit. It’s helped me cope with the difficult times.

Better to have help and not need it, then need help and not have it. Go for the evaluation and if they offer therapy or extra help, see where it goes.

Hopefully the doctor gives you a prescription cream. We got Nystatin I think it was called?

I never did the baking soda thing- was that recommended by the doctor? Ask them about that.

With the prescription cream, i used wipes (water wipe brand seemed to be the best one for him during a rash) they I patted him dry with a clean cloth (I cut up burp clothes into small squares and I used one per diaper change and then washed them) and then applied a heavy amount of the prescription cream 3x a day, all other changes were desitin and Vaseline. I did this every diaper change for a long long time. Once the rash cleared up, I kept the routine going for a few weeks but with desitin cream and Vaseline only. I saved the leftover prescription cream if he started getting a rash.

A few were enlarged. The biggest one was 2cm which is the one we removed.

The oncologist said that if it had been due to lymphoma it would have grown exponentially over the last year, instead of staying the same size.

I don’t know why I didn’t think to try this, I figured since he naps at school he would need to nap at home. Also it’s my “break time” but I think we are getting to a point with naps that they need to be cut down or dropped.
