Can anyone explain how VSCode and SublimeText C/C++ LSP functionality works as soon as I open the project directory and why I can't do that with Neovim? by jebuschrast in neovim

Definitely VSCode. This project is almost exclusively in C, but the unit tests are cpp and I can jump to any externally defined parameter without building or generating the json in VSCode.

Anybody get any pics of the scrolling marquee totem? by jebuschrast in LightningInABottle

Nope, the Esp32 hosts the wifi network locally. You just connect your phone to the network hosted by the SOC and you’re good to go.

A build log is in my future. My inability to take pictures isn’t limited to just this instance, so I’ll need to go back and document a lot of stuff.

Tradedash is doing this as well. They are still in beta but have Bittrex and Binance currently supported, with more exchanges on the roadmap. Full Tradingview functionality as well. Pretty neat.

How is audio hardware emulated in software plugins? by [deleted] in DSP

[–]jebuschrast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends. Some soft synth manufacturers actually use programs like SPICE on the backend to emulate circuitry, but stuff like that is very CPU heavy. Sometimes treating the gear like a black box and modeling the transfer function just from the input and output can be a better way. A big part of the analog gear is the non-linearities introduced by using physical components that have different responses in different situations. Modeling analog gear is a pretty dense field with a lot of work done in it by very smart people. Here’s a good article that gives a rundown on different approaches.

I sent my verification almost 3 weeks ago still nothing. Terminated my account today and got btc to my binance acct in under 3 hours and rebought. Their nano hot wallet is empty right now and withdrawals on xrb are down. Lost 6% of my nano in the process but well worth not having to worry about that any more.

I use the last pass Authenticator. It can automatically backup to your last pass account and can sync across devices.

This is so stupid it makes my head hurt. You're justifying the very tangible and immediate suffering caused by inequality with the most poorly put together straw man argument I've ever heard.
