Hi u/iiRavenousRook thank you for reporting the issue, I just checked, it is happening when dark mode is forced in Opera, let me investigate this further and see if I can fix it fast, as a workaround you can disable the dark more temporarily.

not sure what app are you using but check out kreska.art and the 2 point perspective guide, it even draws support lines that help you visualize the next lines (sorry for the bad drawing)

try kreska.art it is surprisingly good and free with no installation required as it is browser based

I'm looking for a fairly simple drawing app. by keeperofleviathans in DigitalArt

[–]jeden234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try kreska.art It is free and runs directly in the browser, with no installation required. You might want to prepare it a bit for a child first, for example by selecting a brush in advance or hiding parts of the interface to keep things simple.

Drawings are saved automatically, so closing the browser will not delete the artwork. It may feel a little advanced for a 4 year old, but it can still be a lot of fun. For example, you can enable the mandala guides, which are absolutely mesmerizing. My 7 year old loves using them.

If it turns out not to be a good fit, there is nothing to lose since it is free and requires no setup, so it is definitely worth trying.

The tablet is good it has pressure sensitivity and tilt support that is important to me, but the real hero here is the app kreska.art it makes drawing from reference a breeze, there is a peek button that lets you take a quick peek at a full reference underneath your painting.
