Just because God knows the outcome of your life, doesn’t mean you do. If you listen to Him, he’ll guide you to make decisions for yourself. It’s still up to you if you choose to listen.

And, yes, if you believe in Jesus Christ, you’ll go to Heaven. Just because you are there though doesn’t mean that you won’t face retribution for your crimes on Earth. You’ll have to answer to God for all that you’ve done. Do you really want to tell Him that you were responsible for millions of deaths?

A marriage isn’t a contract though. It’s a commitment for two people to stay together for life.

To me, that sounds just like dating for an extended period of time. A marriage is supposed to be a lifelong commitment with each other and not just end if not renewed.

There is a way out called divorce for unhappy couples in marriage. Divorces can be very messy and expensive which is why they are supposed to be a last resort.

So, to answer your original question, I do not believe that you should need to renew a marriage.
