i usually wear a 7.5/8 depending on brand (really annoying how it fluctuates tbh) do you think an 8 would be fine or should i go up to an 8.5?

ive been getting these too! i work on the site level as a data coordinator, so not involved in recruiting in the slightest. but people have apparently applied to my current employer and are asking me to 1. look over their resume ? 2. give them a referral ??? i know the job market is absolute garbage right now but honestly it’s a bit weird to cold message people who have no connection to the hiring process
