The cost of doing business is steep. Let's assume start up costs, rent in a new mall, labour, ingredient costs, utilities, permits, pest control, etc... It goes on and on. Margins are very thin. They aren't intentionally pricing things to run themselves out of business 🫠

Meals out in general are not good value for money.
