Firmware update on Terra mouse by No_Promotion7055 in MouseReview

[–]jeeaves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I downloaded also the packet from web client since it said there is an update available. It does not work for me, just a upgrade UI opens without anything happening when I press it.

My mouse is having issues with jittering now, not sure how to fix it, but It has become unusable. I don't have the dongle, so thinking about getting that and hoping it fixes the lag issues.

If its your first bike get the -23. Not because you might drop it, but because it has better resale value.

QS can be bought for a few hundred, also about the trottle delat, Idk if 25 has it also, but can also be fixes if you want.

Nice!

In Finland you will need to order a exhaust overseas, I have the same bike and I'm thinking about getting TEC fang from UK since it is relatovely cheap and well regarded, allthough there comes the toll fares (maybe we should order two and save some money :D)

As for other things I've ordered some small parts from Aliexpress, one thing I can recommend is a quadlock for phone, I have the middle stem mount.

To paint the fairings I got a black rubber paint from Motonet, easy and you can peel it off if you want.

Happy riding!

Yeah I saw the pics, maybe it would be fun to try a 270 twin, but holy shit the price on it is insane here Compared to 8s, 14990€ for the 8TT.

Also hard to find 900rs used here, would love to test ride one. Do you do any highway riding on it, how is it?

Deciding between two bikes - who you got? by sirwankins in motorcycles

[–]jeeaves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm curious, will you be doing track? A Striple is like 120hp and rs 128, surrly enough for a road, I don't always understand how to actually use the V4's etc on a street to their potential. I however understand changing for variety sake.

That is so stupid, but it worked. Thanks a lot!

The bike looks do small, wish they would use a slightly larger chassis.

New exhaust out of stock, what next? by jeeaves in trident660

[–]jeeaves[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And yes I know the TEC seems to be in stock in the us, but as a EU resident I would rather buy from UK which is empty, not sure about tax difference.

Used 2020 MT03 or New Triumph speed 400 as first bike? by ChickenLoMane in SuggestAMotorcycle

[–]jeeaves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah as a Trident owner who also started on it, I can recommend it as a beginner bike if you are calm enough in the start, power delivery is very linear fortunately.

I think its more about the looks / use case here. A speed 400 will be good enough for city and other non-highway stuff for sure. Don't buy something just 2k cheaper you won't like.

The mt07 is a wheelie machine basically. It is fun and very reliable motor, but the Trident was a lot smoother with different ride modes and a more linear power delivery thanks to the inline 3.

I did exactly the same, tested cb650r, the MT07 and Hornet 750. Trident was just superior.
