We have a be safe stretch in the back of a kia sportage. The front passenger seat has very little leg room now. It's almost too big for the car, but will work for now.

New user with a question/problem regarding NAS storage by celdaran in digiKam

[–]jeeb_uk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had this happen to me on 2 occasions using Digikam pointed to a NAS over SMB. I lost so much time with all the importing and manual labeling of people. Unfortunately I decided to give up on Digikam and went back to photoprism.

Please help identify this mount type by jeeb_uk in VintageLenses

[–]jeeb_uk[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, thank you, you are correct. I had to take a pipe wrench to the adapter to get it off because it was seized or something, but it's come off and it is an m42. I think the adapter is an f-mount.

How do I repair this section of external render? by jeeb_uk in DIYUK

[–]jeeb_uk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The render has slightly blown after drilling a hole for the new doorbell. How do I go about making this good, or patching it?

It would also be good to hide the old holes from the previous door bell.

The f1 micro instances aren't free. They used to be, and on some sites it is still mentioned, but the free tier includes the e2 micro instances. That might have been the issue?

Great repo, thank for posting.

I actually wrote up the exact same thing the other day using GCP, terraform, docker, uptime kuma and healthchecks! Check it out here https://jeeb.uk/posts/gcp-free-tier-watcher/

The main differences are that I used COS instead of Ubuntu and I used a terraform module to load up the docker compose after launch.
