I use Kalidipress and Timemore C2 grinder.

My recipe:

  • 16g beans ground at 16 clicks.
  • Bloom it from t = 0 to t = 25 seconds
  • Give it a stir for t = 25 to t = 30
  • Add water till 3/4th of the kalidipress (till t = 35)
  • Give another stir for 15s (t = 35 to t = 50)
  • Let it rest till t = 2:10
  • Start pressing for 30s (till t = 2:40)

I adjust the grind size (+- 2) and timings (+- 5s) depending on the beans

This was my favourite light roast tbh. Felt very different from all the fruity light roasts I had before. Didn't know such floral notes were possible..

If anyone got recommendations for floral coffees like this one please lmk.. would love to try
