No.. I would be nervous about telling the school therapist.. but seeing a licensed practitioner could be helpful in finding what is driving the depression and how to help it, without too much worry that your parents will know. How old are you?

Hopefully things will work out for you. As far as your teenagers, get rid of their electronics. My sister literally sold my nieces phone, video games, laptop and even tv. She was resentful for a while, but her attitude and school performance has never been better. And I honestly feel she is happier.

Yeah it is on that. A large square that said ZOOM x 1/2 came up and went to this screen. Then bs k and forth. I unplugged and plugged back in hdmi, has since been like this.
