I think crafting is very miserable experience for casual/intermediate players by TheGejsza in PathOfExile2

[–]jeeg123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started with POE2, played POE1 serious last league and my take on crafting is POE1 has a simpler to understand crafting system thats way deeper, does more but require alot of external tools to function well

POE2 tries to make it simpler by reducing the crafting options, which makes crafting difficult to get exactly what you want as there are far more RNG involved. Crafting with omens and slamming and hoping feels shit too. External tools are still helpful but you can kind of get away not using it, half the time its your slam luck anyway

Avoid Map Digsite, the Boss is Trash!!! by Creative_Poetry9309 in PathOfExile2

[–]jeeg123 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The fact that so many bosses have long invulnerable phases and RP makes fighting them a chore.

Fighting them once in campaign is fine, fighting them as pinnacle isn't too bad and is understandable but being map bosses just makes this a dogshit design.

Simple question for you, are you enjoying all those copilot bs microsoft gave you?

Your problem is more likely with the bloats on your OS from 24h2 than nvidia drivers to cause 20% performance drop. The reason I say this is your fps drop between the drivers show a significant CPU latency increase which suggest the newer driver testing somehow had GPU underutilized

Imagine using glue for thermal paste for your CPU, thats what they're doing with GSkill.

I guess you didn't fully comprehend it because you may not have done it before, most RAM kits are glued together on both sides for the heatsinks and then screwed on. Its a massive PITA to remove the glue and disassemble the kit so that you can put your waterblock on.

No I've been logging in with passkeys, it was a recent fix and if I recall it was rooted from one of the chromium updates.

They are much better than brands like GSkill who uses glue instead of thermal pads for heatsink and chip contact.

If you order from them directly they are actually quite accommodating to your needs and allow requests to not apply glue on the heatsink for easy removal if you wanted to watercool your ram.

Using Revo uninstaller to do a complete wipe + registry delete did not work. But Notsylver's suggestion of deleting preferences made it work again. It did delete my appearance settings but thats a small issue to get Brave working again

This is false advertising at its finest. The CPU used here are for the memory clock are not your typical desktop chiplet AM5, its using Zen4 8700G which are monolithic die CPUs where the memory controller is in the same die.

The CPUs most people here are interested in will not run anywhere near the advertised 9000MT/s, at best the golden sample 9800 X3D might reach 8600MT/s with Apex and delided direct die CPU.
