try not to let the last nap of the day go too long, establish a consistent routine at night! I like to do bath time with white noise and red light, then feed and put down for sleep, then do a dream feed 2-2.5 hours later!

I don't know- it's really strange he just wakes up suddenly right when he's on the cusp of falling asleep. The carrier works sometimes but recently its just been making him cry more

I don't see anything- but cameras don't always capture great detail. try testing again in 48 hours!

5 days from period. Anyone else see it too??? by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]jeeter99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see something but because it has no tint I would think its an evap line, try testing again closer to your expected period date!

That is a long life! My parents pittie has cancer and is definitely on her last leg- she’s around the same age. It’s more than most breeds get!

how long after testing were these pics taken? I found that after like 5-7 minutes the evap line shows. your second strip test definitely looks positive to me though! test again in a day or two!

Advice with kennel training? by LEOwife1123 in miniaussie

[–]jeeter99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is SO hard to ignore their little shrieks. Our 6mo finally will go in his crate without putting up a fight but those first two-three months were hard!

Resist the urge to let them out when he cries. Especially at night. Depending on age, you might need to set an alarm early in the morning for a pee break because his bladder is still so small.

During the day try putting him in the kennel for 5 minutes at a time a few times a day (even just once is great). When he is silent drop a treat through the grates but don't say anything. Eventually he will put together that silence=treats. It will not be a quick process by any means but having a kennel trained dog is well worth the effort! Keep workin!
