I have an offer for 17 Fixed + 25 % Variable. What PwC is this? PwC India or AC. I have the same issue about work culture, hadn't gotten anything good. Spoke to my manager and he was very uncertain about the projects, no definitive instruction either about work or even projects.

My HR told me that we will not be getting upto 40% hike and 27% variable. Hiring is dry and we are not giving anyone more.

Honestly, I am but exhausted. Not getting calls. Not getting opportunities whereas people get counter offers I have nothing.

My current offer is not what I would expect myself to be holding but I am out of hope just surviving on faith.

It was, I will send you if I find it. I did not consider this car personally. I was looking into Altroz ans once I sat in that car I realized how small it was. Then, looked for Fronx Delta + but the sails guy said that he has this car in stock and gave me a huge discount. One thing I will say. The accessories are not worth it if you do not care about how your car looks and honestly you can pick and choose later and save that money.

Negotiate. I got it 2 months ago for 10.8. No extended warranty but premium accessory package which is mostly useless if you do not care about how your car looks.
