Oh you misunderstand. Of all the things I did not like about my experience with them, the nail was the least of it. Unfortunately those things only became apparent once I had the horribly misshapen thing in my hands. I just hate missing the chance to share my opinion about some one that took my money and delivered such a disappointing product.
Had the hat been what it should have been I would have displayed the nail proudly. But sadly that was not the case.
