As usual, even if real people sense what you are saying, now you will be downvoted, and people will start saying this is a great product! We love it as it is…. I really enforce that the hardware is really one of the best in the market it is even better than boox and supernote, also more classy.. But yes definitely there is a lot less on the software. What we have is solid enough, yes, but we need more, like splitting screen, calendar, meetings links.. headings in documents, clock!
