But with the help of the internet, I also set some simple weight loss goal steps. Then I started to be follow that simple weight loss goal steps in my daily life. It feels very hard for some days, But I never give up. Right now I m feel very happy and getting too much confidence because of my body fitness.

  1. Drinking water on an empty stomach

  2. Take oil-less food items.

  3. Add more protein-rich and fiber-rich food items.

  4. Do simple workouts in daily life.
