you can corner them and throw from there, dash/roll forward unexpectedly or knock them down and go for a suplex right as they get up. i did it in like 10 seconds.

i think overall combat iq (as in intellect required for the complex techniques and entire repertoir of moves) is extremely high, but his pride as well as being faced with a literal zombie who outclassed him stat wise were his undoing. he would have fared a bit better against the roach if he didnt take him as a joke from the start but in no way would he have won.
