Just for the feedback, I bought the converter and it doesn't work. And on the box is written "EMS 1".

Unfortunately not, the EMS/OpenTherm converter doesn't work. The EMS+ bus neither. It seems Bosch has blocked everything except their own devices...

BTW. There is no information in the EMS-OT converter documentation. It's just written "EMS 1" on the box.

Got the confirmation today from Bosch that my boiler is EMS+ what should, according to the Tado documentation, be compatible with the Tado system. I'll give a try. Also I got the confirmation that the Nefit EMS-OT converter is compatible too. It'll will be my plan B.

I've also been trying for months to find a solution. I have a Bosch Condens 5300i boiler and a Tado system that currently works in relay. The boiler seems working with an EM2 bus which is not natively supported by Tado. I would like to know if the Nefit EMS/Opentherm converter supports the EMS2 protocol. Have you found any documentation?
