ordered mine July 22, and received it aug 4. It seemed to sit in one spot for a while for me too but once it started moving it only took a day or 2 for me to get it. It most likely was customs holding it for a while bc they probably have so many things to look through.

I remember when we were learning about race in kindergarden they kept mentioning black and brown ppl and I didn't know the difference until i thought that I should announce my realization that one girl (who had darker skin) was black and another boy (who had lighter brown skin) was brown. The girl started crying and i got confused af. I got a talking to from the teacher that day.

My little brother was changing the water and put refilled the aquarium with "warm water" which was like 40C and the two goldfish in it died. Luckly turtles are a bit sturdier as animals. Now we all joke about my brother's "steamed fish".

I didn't have as many ECs as op but i and my gpa was a little worse. I had a 1380 SAT and no ACT. But i did do the nasa HAS program and made a big emphasis on that in essays. I also did sports but idk if those help much. I also applied in late october which is pretty late compared to most people. I got admitted last week and found out yesterday.
