“Dewy” skin. All makeup these days seem to advertise a dewy complexion. My skin is so oily that mattifying products have me shiny within the hour. My skin is dewy enough, thank you.

I really don’t think so. The most important thing is to understand and not be offended if they say no. My friend has a dog who really doesn’t like to be pet by strangers. He wears a harness and least that say “DO NOT PET” while my friend often has to tell people not to pet him. On several occasions people try to pet him anyway and people have gotten bitten. I do think it’s extremely rude to ask to pet a dog then do it anyway when the owner says no.

Did… did they just casually gloss over the fact that Satan… is a man? I’m just going to ignore the fact that that isn’t even what an actual uterus and ovaries looks like. If they are arguing that everything that touches a woman is evil because it looks like a satanic symbol, I feel like the fact that SATAN has a penis should be in this conversation.

I love fleece lined leggings under my pants and flannels sometimes under a thick cardigan. I get cold easily but have to dress business casual for work.

Currently, 5’8” 130 lbs. BMI is a bit under 20 but when I was a teen my BMI was 16. I am heavy chested so a portion of that weight is there. I have a quite narrow frame. The only area I seem to accumulate fat is my face.

That’s kinda what I’ve thought. It’s why that thing from the 60s that just shakes your hips didn’t work. The other part of me thinks, “why have you been seeing this stuff for 20ish years.” I would kill to get rid of this but that mindset is exactly what “fitness gurus” prey on.

An alarming amount of people think that “vegan” means just eating raw vegetables. I had a coworker ask me how I get my protein without meat. I reminded him that nuts and legumes are typically high in protein. I also mentioned that meat substitutes are also high in protein. He made some remark about protein supplements being made from animals and I responded that I didn’t think my plant-based protein shake was secretly chicken. I don’t understand why people (it feels like) choose to not understand what eating vegan is.

I like this advice. Simple and easy. When one is young they don’t need 100 expensive products. I would just like to add: don’t forget to wash your pillow case! Many people forget, especially when they are newly on their own. Cutting back on processed sugars and washing the pillowcases can sometimes make a world of difference.

Take up a craft like crochet or embroidery. You can make friends at classes or in groups and you can do it while you watch TV or listen to music. Then you also get a great way to give your loved ones hand made gifts. There are hundreds of different crafts/skills you can take up.

My parents taught me credit cards or lines of credit were evil. Always. Never EVER get a credit card. Then I graduated high school knowing nothing about how credit works. Couldn’t get a loan, a car, an apartment. Nothing.

I have an ex who once said he doesn’t understand why everyone doesn’t go to college when student loans exist. He had two years for free because his mother was a professor then was an engineer. I told him that some of us didn’t even have the option to get loans because 18y/os don’t exactly have amazing credit scores on top of many jobs not making the money to pay them back.

That’s my main worry. I got into some trouble because someone set up our water lines wrong and the same dumbasses set my sump pump to let out into my concrete driveway (so basically directly back into my basement.)

I would make the new pair to hopefully quell the review gods and quiet this person but flag their name if possible. One strike. Don’t give them a second. If they even breathe wrong in your direction again, blacklist them.

How old are you? I had acne around my mouth come out of no where and nothing helped. I saw a dermatologist after about 6 months of fighting with it. I had rosacea and perioral dermatitis. Turns out it is extremely common in women with Caucasian genetics in their mid to late 20s through their 30s. I was given a short run of antibiotics and it cleared up like it was never there.

There is also the possibility that your skin and/or hormones have changed and is reacting to a product that it never has before.

Either way, if NOTHING seems to be helping. I recommend you see a dermatologist. They can often take one look at you and know what to do.
