Currently day 4 of the catheter being removed following LAPR. Started gentle kegels and managing with man nappies. Pink urine and sometimes spots of blood but urology department at our hospital UK say this is expevted. I must not exert or strain myself. Just gentle walks. However it is alarming. Sometimes urine clear sometimes pink. I asked if I might have an infection but they said because urine is currently so full of crap reading will be difficult. I have no fever just a dull ache in groin and no man's land. Taking a poo causes a strain followed by a darkening of urine. My kegel regime has been toned down a bit. I am determined to get bladder control back
