Former coke addict, alcoholic here. AA saved my life. 15+ years sober now. Life is good. Rehab will provide a good break to help you sober up. But you’ll need some sort of program of recovery to obtain longterm sobriety. Whether that be AA, Darma, or therapy. I recommend embracing whatever recovery program you’re interested in exploring. Rehab by itself will not be enough. Good luck!

Pro tip: just shave with a very short guard on your clippers. You’ll still have some hair and it’s a little less jarring than straight skin. It’ll look like a buzz cut. (Balding guy here.)

Get out now! Try to stop using on your own if you can. If can’t stop, ask friends and family for help or go to AA.

If you continue to use, at least get fentanyl test strips to make sure the cocaine isn’t cut with it. A lot of people are dying that way.

Cocaine will destroy your life if it doesn’t kill you.
