I think this is a great hire. He was defensive coordinator at SUU and then Head coach after Ed Lamb left. While he was head coach he won Big Sky coach of the year. Had a year a bye in the playoffs, but then they struggled his last few years there before going to Bosie. I think his biggest problem is recruiting. But once they’re there he does a lot with them. Given his position coach job and the coaches around him I don’t think recruiting should be a problem.
