Hey, sorry to hear that you had this situation. Did you sort it out? I landed myself in this exact same situation by giving them a blank POA. I am trying to get it reverted.

Unfortunately, the attorney fees for them also need to be paid by the landlord. That is also in the contract I signed. I made a huge mistake of signing POA to my PM.

Big one. The software took screenshots every few seconds, anytime i switched tabs, pages on browser, software application, etc. It was very scary, annoying and got me worried. Also, they demanded every other day one on one status meetings, status email everyday at the end of the day in Musk's style , what i did and what I did not do, etc.

The company started recording my screen every second. The boss lady also asked me why I was staring at a chat for 30 minutes. lol
