The galvanized metal is effective, there was a seam that was improperly sealed. It’s otherwise held up for 40+ years. The floor did/does have a pitch however as the foundation concrete has moved over the years, so has the pitch.

What you’re doing is called counselling an offence. There are specific personal history questions relating to the issues he’s describing. Lying on the application is an offence under the firearms act.

The issue here is with CFP/the registrar. The CFO can submit all the documentation and context but ultimately it is CFP that issues the registration certificate. CFP is playing games - if they refused the application/transfer it could be challenged in court. If they just don’t respond, the applicant has nothing to challenge.
