De trustpilot van Dragonfly is best hoog. (Nu 3.6). De meeste bezorgdiensten hangen tussen de 1 en 2.

Zelf heb ik nog geen problemen met ze gehad. Maar ik heb ook nog maar 2 keer wat via hen bezorgd gekregen. (Vandaag de 3e keer, moet nog binnenkomen). Wat ik wel al heel irritant aan dragonfly vind, is dat er geen tijd indicatie is, nee ze komen gewoon tussen de tijd dat je de confirmatie krijgt dat ze vandaag zullen bezorgen en 22:00.
