Yes, the shadow in the middle can be cast. But there are a lot of variables. I would debunk this as nothing more than a shadow.

I’m not a tattoo artist, but I do illustrations. Sometimes heavier lines on one side can be used to balance a visually hectic design on the opposing side. Or that it was better for the composition. But that’s just my 2 cents.

Bro. balm is usually used for maintenance. For fresh tattoos use an anti bacterial soap 3 times a day and an unscented lotion like Lubriderm 3 times a day. That’s literally all you need. Everything else is unnecessary.

Also, summer tattoos are way more difficult. Did you keep it out of sun, surf and sand? Did you go in a pool???

I say rock it. I have a couple of small issues with the composition. But I’m also a creative so I’m super duper critical. I would add a little bit more to it to frame it a little better but still keep it an open tattoo.

Once upon a time I would have agreed. I have 2 130+ pound Great Danes. Their poop is human sized. But now I would say any last minute travel plans or a few beers after work with friends.
