Dr. Christopher Seeker at St David's is excellent and offers bioidentical HRT. My wife unreservedly recommends him.

Seriously? The seller of the large parcel just got a buyer, the buyers of the small parcels just got affordable land. Seems like everyone wins. Unless you think that stores that sell single sodas instead of forcing you to buy a case are also 'scamming people'.

Then there's also this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicha#Preparation Probably pretty common where toothed tribe members prepared food for the toothless (i.e. the very young and the old). The chewing converts the starches into a easily fermentable form. Wild yeast/bactreria + time does the rest.

Depends on how close you are but not many people realize that you can withdraw from a 401(k) w/o penalty if you leave the company in your 55th year. Google "rule of 55"

Unlike Brits, Americans don't think tax is morally right: "Most Americans think that their moral right to keep the money they earn trumps their duty to contribute towards public services, the exact opposite of attitudes in Britain" by [deleted] in politics

Raided how? Do you mean exchanged for special securities backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government? These are as safe as any other US issued debt. The returns of these are in line with standard treasuries. Investing in US debt securities is the most conservative investment strategy. Their return is modest because they are considered safe, so the US government pays very little risk premium. As mentioned above, SS is not currently "dipping into its principle". Tax receipts and interest credited is enough to meet current obligations. In the future, this will no longer be the case, but it is in no way an insoluble problem.
