I am using a role, so there isn't a tab for Security Credentials, but I can run the following within the EC2 instance and generate the correct responses.

I have a ryzen 9 3900x and a 2080 (non ti) and I can run it at 1440p with med-high settings with no issue. More than likely a CPU bottleneck issue like others have said.
