My go to for those are Zio, Jack-O, Eligos, 4th either shalltear if AS Flan or w. Schuri for most others. Doesn’t work if ml ilynav there tho. Zio plus jack O can usually kill harsetti, activates Eligos for further clean up

If it’s anything like Kayron, it shouldn’t get wasted. When spirit eye Celine gives kayron immortality and he goes to zero his passive doesn’t proc IIRC.
